User Instructions：

Applicant account：
The account is designed for the applicant to manage all the test reports which he/she applied for. The applicant will get an independent user account. No one can review the test reports, unless got the approval of the applicant. The authorization is needed even their colleagues.
Administration account：
The highest authority user of the company. The administrator can manage all the test reports which belong to the same company, and no limited to certain applicant.
