此方案採納時間計畫在?2022 年第四季完成，最終的管控要求會依據歐盟委員會最後決議為准，SGS 建議各企業持續關注我們的電子報，並提前做出相應管控策略。
在 2021 年 3 月，歐盟 RoHS 評估機構曾發佈 RoHS 調查專案 Pack 15 的最終評估報告，建議將中鏈氯化石蠟 (MCCPs) 和四溴雙酚 A (TBBP-A) 加入管控：
MCCPs：建議管控限值為 0.1 wt%
對 MCCPs 和 TBBP-A 兩項物質，SGS 建議企業儘早進行盤查管控，提前部署、掌控風險！確保自家產品及時滿足法規最新要求。2022 年 09 月30 日前，不論申請加測 MCCPs & TBBP-A 兩項，或是 RoHS 12 項，皆立即享有早鳥專屬優惠價。
