Kind Reminder

• Fields marked with "*" are required.
• Please bring 1 business card.
• A minimum of 30 participants is required to hold the class. Please provide complete contact information (Email, Mobile, TEL, Ext) in case of schedule changes.
• Please fill in the registration form completely for contact and inquiry purposes.
• If the contact person is also a participant, please also fill in the participant information for headcount purposes.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. Please ensure correct E-Mail.
• To ensure you receive important messages from the SGS system, please add tw.application@sgs.com to your contact list to prevent emails from being filtered to spam.
• Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are limited. If full, please register for another session.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel registrations for participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
• If the course day encounters force majeure weather (typhoon, earthquake, etc.) and the local government declares work suspension, the course will be cancelled. Please register for another session.
• By completing the registration, you agree to authorize this company to collect, process, and use your personal data.
